I can't remember now whether I saw the ad and contacted you are you let Ross and I know it had appeared on your books for sale. We had looked at two or three places. I'm thankful the final price fitted my withing my budget. I had been negotiating the purchase of a larger unit in the same block earlier in the year but backed out because the price went too high and on that level there were problems with water leakage in some units.
