Jonathan is highly commendable in his profession: he is an excellent communicator who absolutely understands our needs as his clients. He always kept us informed of the current real estate market situation and never delayed in letting us know the changes. He was extremely patient in dealing with us when we kept asking him questions in regard to buying a property and never showed any unwillingness to help, even when opening for viewing hours had long passed. We really feel confident that any information provided by him is true and trustworthy. We are so blessed to have him as our agent! I dealt with Jonathan as a buyer, and I can confirm he did a great job for the sellers he represented (!) As a buyer, I did find him a lot easier to deal with than many other agents I met during our 7 month house hunt. He also helped us after settlement, when he had no obligation to do so. A roof tile broke a few days before settlement (when we technically carried the risk of the house), and Jonathan arranged for its repair (without cost to me) and chased up the contractors even after settlement had passed. He didn’t need to do this, so it is something I remain greatly appreciative of.

Selling with Jonathan was a smooth and straightforward experience. He provided invaluable insight throughout the entire process and was always available to help with any questions along the way. Jonathan helped us sell my parents home after my mother passed away this year and dad can no longer maintain it. From the very being Jonathan was super helpful, wasn’t pushy and was open and transparent. After each open home we have a great report sent through by the end of the day. He would keep us updated by phone with everything that was going on… super respectful and a pleasure to work with. We got a great deal in the end and we know he worked hard in the background to get the for us.
