I dealt with Jonathan as a buyer, and I can confirm he did a great job for the sellers he represented (!) As a buyer, I did find him a lot easier to deal with than many other agents I met during our 7 month house hunt. He also helped us after settlement, when he had no obligation to do so. A roof tile broke a few days before settlement (when we technically carried the risk of the house), and Jonathan arranged for its repair (without cost to me) and chased up the contractors even after settlement had passed. He didn’t need to do this, so it is something I remain greatly appreciative of.

Jonathan helped us sell my parents home after my mother passed away this year and dad can no longer maintain it.
