As first home buyers, trying to break into the market was an absolute nightmare. We were new to the whole experience so we really didn’t have any idea what we were doing. We very quickly found out the hard way how stressful and cut throat the buying market was. Finding a property was hard enough and to add to the stress it came with dealing with many arrogant and game playing agents. After approx. 5 months of looking I was beginning to think we were never going to be successful in buying a house, until we met Jonathan. We found the house listed online and went to the first open. As soon as we saw the property we knew this was ‘the one’ but now came the challenge of dealing with the agent. As soon as we spoke to Jonathan I was put to ease with his genuine personality and his clear and up front processes. He explained that all offers needed to be in writing by the close of business the following Wednesday, he would then take all offers to present to the vendor that night and we would all know the outcome by 8.30pm the same night. He stayed true to his words throughout the whole process which made the experience an absolute breeze. He didn’t play any ‘games’ and was fair to all involved. As promised he contacted us by 8.30pm Wednesday night to congratulate us on being successful with our offer. We have never been so happy and I cannot be any more grateful to Jonathan. He really did make buying our first home enjoyable and stress free. Jonathan was also very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions, he would answer our emails immediately if not by the end of the day. He always remained professional and was very considerate. I would HIGHLY recommend Jonathan to anyone considering to buy or sell their Home.
