Having been personally involved in fifteen property transactions over the last twenty years there has always been some kind of unexpected hurdle or unforeseen aspect of all of those transactions that has delayed, hindered and or stalled the process. Jordan did a very good job in selling our property. His communication was excellent throughout the process and we were always kept informed about what was happening with interested purchasers, open houses etc. We would have liked to have achieved a slightly better sell price, but overall we were extremely happy with the job that Jordan did.
