We found Jordan to have a very high work ethic and kept us well informed at all times. However, after 2 failed contracts we feel Jordan may still be lacking some sales experience. We have never had 2 failed contracts before. (Unfortunate but real result). Also relating to experience, we really believe our sales price achieved was too low, this is in relation to equivalent local sales I have been able to obtain. I did question local comparable sales on a number of occasions with little response. The end result was borderline satisfactory but could have been better.
