The process was smooth and great negotiation at the end (sold prior to auction). There were a couple of hiccups when previous tenant left and we worked through those pragmatically to identify what really matters (we spent money on what matters to the price and could be done quickly). Jordan kept us informed and made things happen. The negotiation for pre-auction achieved a great result.

I reached out to Jordan Dias in April 2024 with a request for an informal appraisal of my unit. In readiness for the meeting I received a detailed email outlining the market, timing of sale, method of sale, agency agreement, and Jordan's team brief. Jordan was confident and had good market intel. He provided potential sale prices with the unit left in its original condition and with a few changes like painting and changing floor covering. He also advised that any work needing to be done could be managed through his network of contacts. After much thought I opted to manage the renovation process myself. Three months later I was on the phone asking for handyperson details. Not a problem. I signed with Jordan in August 2024 and the unit was staged early October 2024 in readiness for a spring marketing campaign and sale. After that everything just fell into place. I received constant texts, phone calls and emails keeping me up to date on the number of potential buyers. And Jordan worked on keeping the buyers up to date as well. The proof of a successful campaign was having 11 bidders on the day and a record sale price. I could not be happier.
