Jordan was great to work with and with his colleague Joey Di Perna. From the start he helped with positioning the property, cost-effective styling tips and how to manage the sales campaign. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional through the process. He kept me well informed, with either him or Joey calling me after every home open to explain the groups who had come through and the interest. He checked in prior to opens as well as arranging the private inspections so it was all very clear what was happening. When it came towards the end of the campaign they successfully negotiated with interested parties to get a result I was very happy with. I could confidently leave the process in his hands. He and Joey worked well together as coordinated team and I felt confident I could reach out to either of them at any time.

In the past 35 or so years, my profession took me around the world. During this period, I have bought and sold >12 properties in Asia countries, 4 eastern states in Australia and Auckland NZ. Their professionalism far exceeds any agents who I had ever engaged in the past when buying or selling properties. They provide outstanding support, recommendations and plans that are highly effective and produce excellent results. They always respond within 5-10 minutes (at the most) to any SMS and emails that I sent to them. Jordan even took time to reply to my SMS and emails during his honeymoon and while attending friend | family wedding in Perth. They provide good and sensible reassurance and plans to ease any concerns that I might have from start to completion of the sale. They put in tremendous amount of effort to contact potential buyers each week, ensuring that the weekend open home has double digit parties coming through for inspection. It is with good reasons that Jordan and Joey are two most popular agents in the area. At the time of writing this review, they are the agents for at least 3 properties on the same street.
