Jordan Dias and Jay King ( principal agent and general manager) of Harris Tripp First National Summer Hill acted as my sales agents in a recent property transaction in Summer Hill. I have been involved in property transactions within Australia and overseas. Many of my appointed sales agents were of a particularly high standard. However, in their respective roles, Jordan and Jay were the best by a clear margin. Superlatives can often be inappropriately deployed in reviews thereby affecting their credibility. However, in my honest view, Jordan and Jay represent a gold standard. They were in constant contact with me during the 4 week sales process and kept me appraised of all developments. Jay and Jordan's advice in those circumstances proved to be correct in every case. Jordan and Jay were enthusiastic, very personable and demonstrated the highest integrity. Those characteristics are important in terms of generating the trust that is essential for a collaborative approach in a sales campaign from a vendor's perspective but also having purchased real estate, they are critical from a purchaser's standpoint. Harris Tripp has been considered by many over decades to be Summer Hill's leading real estate agency. That reputation is richly deserved.
