We live interstate and had to sell our property remotely. Jordan ensured everything was attended to as needed, and we didn't have to worry about any details being overlooked. We had a tenant in the property, so the property was on the market for a while, but we weren't in a hurry to sell and received no pressure from Jordan. Once a buyer was found near to the end of the tenancy, Jordan and the team ensured the outgoing tenant was looked after and arranged for early access for the incoming buyer - with all necessary paperwork completed in record time. We received good updates along the way, and the sale went through very quickly.
