This was the second property Jordan has sold for me and he not only achieved a higher than expected price but negotiated a settlement date which suited my situation. In both instances he showed that he had a very good understanding of the market value and worked to make sure all parties achieved the best outcome. Jordan was professional in his dealings, communicating offers and providing updates in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident throughout the process that he would be able to resolve issues and achieve my objectives, which he did. This sale had a few ‘moving parts’ and Jordan navigated through perfectly. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Jordan was on time with meatings solid hand shake and had the dress up sorted. I still can’t work out why I had to hand over $100 cash to bgb to explain why the pool fencing was illegal. Robin Hood can rent the house but can’t sell it with illegal pool fencing ? After I put up new pool fencing a couple of photos taken by joardan was all that passed it what a joke . The gutters were cleaned out before we moved in but they were way overdue by a couple of years disappointing house maintenance. The pool was a bit green I’m not sure why the chlorine level wasn’t toped up between when the renters left and we got in ? It seams to me the lawns were left to go fairly dry and crispy there was a bit of dog shit left for us and water system cables chewed up . Couple of outside lights don’t work I thought all lights would be in working condition. The exhaust fan in bathroom was fairly noisey it’s quite now as it has stoped working. There was a boat ,caravan and some good scores in a shed it was indicated to me that was the owners stuff. I said to joardan don’t pay to get rid of that stuff get the gutters cleaned I can dump that stuff on the back loads . I’m not sure if he didn’t know whose it was or if he just told me what sounded rite at the time . The sheds were empty except they didn’t get sweped out slightly disappointing. The for sale sign was talked about putting the sold sticker on for the photo we decided we didn’t need that couple of days after settlement a for sale sign appeared and its still there we are not selling we have bought. I guess I should of written a few of these issues in the contract before signing my bad verbal agreements don’t work in the house buying game . Over all heaps happy to be in this house I wouldn’t get Robin Hood to rent a house for me but I would buy or sell through them in hindsight I should of got verbal decisions written in contract . So hears my review that I didn’t want to do .
