Everything went smoothly, no problems

Jordan did a fantastic job, I was a first time seller and Jordan made the whole process feel stress free. My apartment was open three times a week for the duration of the sale campaign. I was kept informed after each open, in most cases within an hour of the opens finish time.

We are very pleased with the role Jordan has played in the sale of our apartment. He has shown continuing positive interest in all aspects of the sale, has given us sound, practical advice and provided in a prompt and pleasant manner all information relevant to the sale and its satisfactory completion. He has also offered to provide any assistance we may require in the purchase of another property in Melbourne on which we are presently engaged. Jordan is a likeable and transparent fellow and our dealings with him from a purchaser's perspective was pleasant. He was highly accommodating with his time and when impossible, made the necessary plans to allow us access to the property for inspections. There was a bit of a bumpy ride through the negotiation process which we feel could have been managed better however his values as a person will allow him to develop and grow into a highly effective 'agent for the people'.
