On the positive side, Jordan is motivated, hungry, determined, ambitious - and a born negotiator. That’s why we went with him. The other agents we met were slow to followup, despite our place being clearly easy to sell (well located/priced investment). Jordan was on the phone first thing the next day with the info I'd asked him about and more. As part of the McGrath team (along with his colleague, Sam, who’s lovely) - he is market savvy, resourceful and is an excellent closer. As a seller, that’s what you want. You don't want a passive agent - you want someone who will fight to sell for you. He has a MASSIVE ego regarding his ability in real estate... However, I'm also fairly emotionally driven. I’d prefer to work with someone I believe and trust. I guess that sounds funny in real estate, because we all know agents are not known for these traits, haha. So the only thing that made me unsure about Jordan (and I continually joked with him about this) - he is what I called "the man with all the answers". The type of person that no matter what you ask them, they say "Yes, yes, that's not a problem.", or "I'm sure we can organise something,” but there were a couple of occasions where I remembered him saying/promising something, but later on he remembered it another way, and said "I don't think I would have said that." I think Jordan is a good and decent person. He definitely wants to sell your house AND he accepted it when I kept rejecting low offers (he negotiated our eventual buyer up by over $15k in the end)... but I did always know he just saw me as a number and wanted to keep his reputation of selling every property within a week... I felt like any other eventuality was getting in the way of his track record, and he JUST did what he needed to do to get us over the line. So overall - yes, I recommend Jordan, but I would recommend getting ANY and ALL agreements put into writing, and making sure you are okay dealing with the one of the smoothest operators around :)

Right from the first phone call to Sam, her knowalidge of the property was accurate and informative. On viewing the property at the open house and meeting Jordan his professionalism was clear. When negotiations took place both Sam and Jordan's skills to close the deal were outstanding. This deal was closed out side of work hours eating into there own time, they never once were pushy or distracted. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and would buy and sell through them again.
