Me and my wife had had significiant problems trying to get a hold of John Kerr and Associated real estate to buy a property, which was a problem given that they hold a significant portion of the properties in that area. Wed call their office and try to get a hold of listing agents and have no luck or be spoken to rudely. That was until we came into contact with Emma Dawson, she had by chance answered someone elses phone and advised the property we were pursuing had been sold, but that she had another property available.
