All went smoothly, got more than asking price, all went smoothly, recommend Emma to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Me and my wife had had significiant problems trying to get a hold of John Kerr and Associated real estate to buy a property, which was a problem given that they hold a significant portion of the properties in that area. Wed call their office and try to get a hold of listing agents and have no luck or be spoken to rudely. That was until we came into contact with Emma Dawson, she had by chance answered someone elses phone and advised the property we were pursuing had been sold, but that she had another property available. Through our contact Emma was attentive and answered all my queries, we looked at the property, she answered all our questions, went above and beyond.
