On the several times that I would have aborted the sale, he was there with bundles of reassurance that "there is a buyer out there, and I will find them". And he did! I appreciated his returning my many phone calls promptly. As part of the 'personal team' which worked tirelessly on my behalf, I also appreciated his sense of humour and his smile. Of course I would recommend him, for his many personal attributes and hard work above and beyond his remit. Despite mu concerns, he delivered the asking price for my property.
