From the moment we first met Jordy he struck us as a genuine "down to earth" (as cliche as that sounds) kind of guy. After a brief discussion about the area and some of the current and recent sale prices Jordy surprised us by asking how much we wanted for our home which I thought was really nice. Instead of a statement of "this is about what it's worth", the simple question of "how much would you like?" seemed far more appealing to us.
