Jose was one of the few agents who identified me as the buyer instead of my parents. It seems so basic but Jose's attention to detail made him stand out from the rest. On entry I was given a floor plan with details of the builder. Anything I noted about the property was promptly followed up on and it gave me confidence that the transaction would be an easy process.
