Jose assisted me in participating in a house auction, remotely via telephone from Melbourne. Overall his pre-auction communications were very reliable and consistent vis-vis the Seller's position, and this facilitated my winning auction bid. I felt well briefed and 'present' in the auction room; I was well supported by Jose and his colleagues throughout. Post sale, I found that Jose remained supportive, always ready to answer questions and to secure further relevant information from the Seller. As I was intending to let the new property I felt able to request further support from Ray White in managing a transition whereby the property was marketed and leased to my new tenants by the Ray White agency prior to legal settlement.
