Tells lies to get a sale, AVOID! Chases $$ over telling the truth and screws over clients in process. Avoid like the plague

Entering the property market in Brisbane after 10+ years was quite daunting for me at the beginning After a couple of open homes with other agents I quickly realised the market was very fast When I came to inspect Birdwood Rd I knew I needed to get this place Jose was there and his mannerisms were calm and knowledge of the area spot on I actually viewed a second time and Jose remembered me which felt important to me The process was multiple offers which I had never done before but Jose explained what I had to do No pressure on the price I was prepared to pay Ray White office helped me fill out the offer forms Once my offer was accepted Jose helped me out with building and pest as well as Conveyancing options and after finding a few other quotes myself the ones Jose recommended came in not only cheaper but were so easy to deal with The whole process was stress free and casual which suited me all the while I was working night shift I totally recommend doing business with Jose on your next real estate transaction

Jose's knowledge of the Scotmore building company and his close relationship with the owners makes him a valuable asset for both Ray White and Scotmore as provides a bridge between both companies. Jose was polite, professional and worked extremely hard. He always did his best to accommodate the buyer's request advocating and lobbying the builders when asked to. In my personal experience, he made excellent suggestions to the front facade when I raised concerns over privacy. Suggestions which required alterations worth thousands of dollars at no extra expense. During the delays, due to COVID and council approvals, I felt Jose went quiet and didn't communicate to me (the buyer) as often as I'd have liked. However, given this build went 3 months late I assume this was an exceptional circumstance. Upon final inspection, his stress levels from the pressure he no doubt would've been under from the other 7 buyers was palpable. In future, I feel fortnightly updates would've been pertinent to give me peace of mind that everybody is still working away to get the build done and not sitting on their hands. I would recommend the Scotmore building company in cooperation with Jose as the agent to any prospective home owner due to their build quality and Jose's highly specialised level of service. I hope his next build isn't as strenuous.

We found a unit still under construction that we were interested in. Jose spent considerable time assisting us while we made our decision to go ahead and purchase. He then assisted us selling our current home. It sold very quickly, but because the new property wasn’t finished, we had to find temporary accommodation.
