We had been looking for our first home for well over 6 months and were constantly left feeling disappointed, with other agents giving us a false sense of hope and setting unrealistic prices - all to only be let down on auction day. Our last auction that we attended, Joe was the agent. We ended up just missing out however were followed up by a phone call from Joe to say that he will do all that he can to find us our home. Very soon after, Joe did exactly as he promised and found us our home. He fought for the best deal for us, as the buyer. It was refreshing to have an agent who is not only for the vendor. Joe was extremely pleasant to deal with the whole way along. When it came to settlement unfortunately the house was not presented in the way it had been sold, with the gardens very overgrown and the grass about knee-high. After collecting our keys from The Professionals office we drove to our house to find Joe out the front mowing the lawns for us! We were completely blown away, that Joe had gone out of his way to ensure it was presented in a respectable manner. Joe had no obligation to do that - goes to show his professionalism and kindness.
