We had been looking for our first home for well over 6 months and were constantly left feeling disappointed, with other agents giving us a false sense of hope and setting unrealistic prices - all to only be let down on auction day. Our last auction that we attended, Joe was the agent. We ended up just missing out however were followed up by a phone call from Joe to say that he will do all that he can to find us our home. Very soon after, Joe did exactly as he promised and found us our home. He fought for the best deal for us, as the buyer. It was refreshing to have an agent who is not only for the vendor.
