We purchased a property that Joe was the agent for. Being on the buyer side, we've had pretty poor experience with the sellers agents during the six months we were house hunting. Joe stood out from the first time we met him at an open home viewing and was always very friendly and genuine. We put in a pre auction bid for the house and Joe put in a lot of effort to make it go through. We later pulled out and felt like we were annoying but he responded with even more kindness. In the end, we ended up actually going to the auction and winning the house. From first first day of viewing, to negotiations and finalisations and dropping off the key we felt like Joe was throughout genuinely interested in making both buyer and seller happy. We highly recommend anyone to let Joe help you to sell/buy a home!
Joseph’s many, many years in real estate are evident in his honest approach, extensive knowledge and excellent communication. We looked into a few agents before settling in with Joe from The Village. He was great through the selling process, very knowledgeable about the area also.
