Joe was extremely easy to work with on the purchase of the property. He represented and negotiated the sale quickly, transparently and fairly, managing both my and the vendors expectations through out the process. When I was requested to get some building/pest inspections etc, Joe was very accomodating ensuring the inspection agent had access etc, nothing was an issue. Best of all I felt Joe really looked after my interests ( which I was nervous as a first home buyer) and was celebrating each step of the journey of my purchase of my new home with me.

Joseph advocated for us and negotiated a good deal with the vendor. He was very helpful to us inexperienced first home buyers. We have enjoyed his honesty, support, patience and positivity during our purchase.

Joe's expertise and support were invaluable, particularly since I don't live in Melbourne and was managing the sale of my property from interstate.
