This is my first experience with Joseph in selling my properties. Joseph knows the local market well. He did not inflate the estimated selling price to have our business. He just explained how and why the price should be such optimistic and that was exactly the price the house was sold in the end. Joseph was easy going with. Communication with Joseph is a joy. He is willing to listen to you. He welcomed any questions or suggestions. He is quite friendly in that regard. Joseph was also patient and persistent with his intention and his goal.
