Joseph has good local knowledge of property in Berala. He listens and is a good communicator. He is very efficient. Joseph promptly prepared all relevant documents and always responded to phone messages, texts and emails very quickly. He gave good advice on property presentation, organised tradesman to paint my property and refresh the bathroom. The property was sold after the first open house ( approx 9 days after going on the market). Joseph's commission rate is also very competitive compared to other agents.
