When I met Joseph for the first time he came to my house and introduced himself, and said to me “your house has been on the market for 100 days and no result yet.” Prior to this I had half a dozen real estate agents ringing me to tell me the same thing but over the phone. Joseph took the time to come and see me and talk face to face. I thought this as honourable and a reflection upon himself. Joseph told me “I can work hard on your house and have it sold for you.” And he did just that.
