Where do we begin? We originally went with another agent from the firm but he moved on from the business. Joseph was then signed to us and we ran with it, after voicing our concerns. AND it paid off. Joseph was phenomenal. His communication was great, he never over promised and best of all he over delivered with an amazing result. He is young, fresh, a very good listener and is absolutely going places. We could not be happier.

Joseph took over the running of our campaign at very short notice when his colleague left the business. Our campaign was struggling but within two weekends and two midweek opens he managed to send out 9 contracts. We have him a very tight schedule to sell our property as we needed a short settlement of under 4 weeks. We all agreed on a price and two days before the auction after a round of prior negotiation we got our price.
