Very accommodating when wanting to inspect property out of normal inspection times

When I met Joseph for the first time he came to my house and introduced himself, and said to me “your house has been on the market for 100 days and no result yet.” Prior to this I had half a dozen real estate agents ringing me to tell me the same thing but over the phone. Joseph took the time to come and see me and talk face to face. I thought this as honourable and a reflection upon himself. Joseph told me “I can work hard on your house and have it sold for you.” And he did just that. I found Joe very professional hard working, always presented himself well, kept in touch regularly and could always speak to him when needed. He was a delight to have as my agent representing my house. I noticed he took the time to talk to potential buyers beyond his set times. I highly recommend Joe as a competent professional agent and a lovely person as well.

Where do we begin? We originally went with another agent from the firm but he moved on from the business. Joseph was then signed to us and we ran with it, after voicing our concerns. AND it paid off. Joseph was phenomenal. His communication was great, he never over promised and best of all he over delivered with an amazing result. He is young, fresh, a very good listener and is absolutely going places. We could not be happier.

Joseph took over the running of our campaign at very short notice when his colleague left the business. Our campaign was struggling but within two weekends and two midweek opens he managed to send out 9 contracts. We have him a very tight schedule to sell our property as we needed a short settlement of under 4 weeks. We all agreed on a price and two days before the auction after a round of prior negotiation we got our price. Couldn't recommend his communication and honesty any more highly and also want to credit Michael from Raine and Horne Marrickville for prioritising our sale due to the time limits we imposed on them.
