Joseph , from the first phone call to Village Real Estate , was most helpful in the selling process of my home. Joseph was extremely informative regarding all aspects of the process - from the valuation of the home , the actual process of selling the home and could and did answer all my questions when they arose. All paperwork was dealt with in a quick manner , before and after the sale of the house. Joseph kept me updated after every open house , every phone inquiry that he received. The open houses were run twice a week , which I received a report the following day. All feedback was given to me that Joseph had received from the people attending the open house inspections. Whilst selling a home is often a stressful and emotional rollercoaster we couldn’t have felt more at ease with Joseph handling the process of selling our home.
