I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Luppino ,who was my contact with the Village Real Estate , whilst in the process of selling my home in the Yarraville area. Joseph , from the first phone call to Village Real Estate , was most helpful in the selling process of my home. Joseph was extremely informative regarding all aspects of the process - from the valuation of the home , the actual process of selling the home and could and did answer all my questions when they arose. All paperwork was dealt with in a quick manner , before and after the sale of the house. Joseph kept me updated after every open house , every phone inquiry that he received. The open houses were run twice a week , which I received a report the following day. All feedback was given to me that Joseph had received from the people attending the open house inspections. I found this to be very helpful - it gave me a idea of what people were after in the area , and of course , how many people were going to attend the auction. Joseph was always on hand , any time I called with any questions that I had. Leading up to the auction day , Joseph called and we had a lengthy discussion on feedback , and he detailed to me how the auction was going to be run , and the general process of auctions. Joseph ran the auction himself , giving a very indepth description of the area - his local knowledge of the area is immense - providing the bidders with location of parks , schools , shops and public transport. Overall , I cannot fault the Village Real Estate firm and I applaud Joseph on his ongoing commitment to the sale of my property and will highly recommend and have highly recommended him to everyone who is looking to buy or sell their home in the local area.
