Josephs company was recommended to us and he was the agent who handled our sale. Our entire compaign lasted just over 3 weeks and sold before auction with a borderline unbelievable offer submitted. I actually had to take a second grab at what Joseph was saying regarding the number offered since i had absolutely no idea that this price was possible in our area. He out priced a similar property across the road which had a bonus of corner block but he beat it. He knew how nervous and anxious I was as this was the first time selling a property, and he was very patient with me during our long conversations.
