From our very first contact with Joseph we were impressed by his enthusiasm, integrity and knowledge. It was an obvious and easy decision to engage Joseph and Village Real Estate to sell our property and we are very happy with the result. Joseph is very down-to-earth, natural and genuine and we highly recommend his services to everyone. Kelly and Alex
Joseph is mature and knowledgeable beyond his years. He really knows the market and has excellent advice for his clients when selling their property. He is an excellent real estate agent and follows up on everything. He is very diligent and through and extremely hard working, he only has Sunday off which is most impressive. I have always thought it better to have an older person working on our property sale as they are so experienced, but he has it all, he will do very well in life and real estate I am sure with such a positive attitude and work ethic
Josephs company was recommended to us and he was the agent who handled our sale. Our entire compaign lasted just over 3 weeks and sold before auction with a borderline unbelievable offer submitted. I actually had to take a second grab at what Joseph was saying regarding the number offered since i had absolutely no idea that this price was possible in our area. He out priced a similar property across the road which had a bonus of corner block but he beat it. I am in little doubt that our decision to engage Joseph was the correct one and the result has put us in a very enviable position financially.
Joseph is a young gun who understands the inner west market really well. He's also very personable and responsive. We purchased through Joseph and Huss - they were honest and generally good to deal with
Joseph was a breath of fresh air after trying to find a property for 4 years and dealing with multiple realtors who were not really interested in you particularly if the property was going for auction. Joseph was generous with his time and very accommodating when arranging out of normal hours for inspection also contract negotiation. I found him warm, professional and very helpful with great market knowledge. I would highly recommend him a very rare comment from me when it comes to estate agents.
Joseph has been fantastic and always made himself available day or night to help us out. I would strongly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling property.
Joseph Luppino contacted me 3 years ago after an inspection that my husband went to during our early days of wanting to sell our apartment in Seddon. For 3 years, Joseph contacted me every 6 months to check and ask about our plans on selling. (very dedicated!) Late last year, my husband and I decided it was time to sell. Joseph had contacted me and informed me about his role at Village Real Estate. I was instantly interested as I knew that Village Real estate have a high profile in the area and I had previously made contact with Huss Saad about my options. Joseph came to our place and provided us with the best options for selling. He had planned a timeline for us and provided us with details about the market in the area. He gave us an indication about improving the aesthetics of our apartment and made suggestions on what buyers look for-all in which my husband and I took in. When the place was up for sale, Joseph gave us excellent feedback on how we were able to transform the apartment. (Which we were very proud of). I was extremely impressed by Village Real estates photography crew- they truly made the apartment look beautiful and we had many compliments. During the marketing stages, we were amazed how efficient Joseph was. I had a phone call every week debriefing on how each inspection went. We also had a weekly meeting where he created a portfolio of potential buyers- all meetings were positive outcomes. He knew how nervous and anxious I was as this was the first time selling a property, and he was very patient with me during our long conversations. (My family have dealt with agents that sometimes ignore client calls, and keep conversations brief- whereas in this case Joseph genuinely cared. Joseph, Huss and the Village team had put on a fantastic auction and the results were fantastic. After selling the apartment Joseph had continued to help us find our next place-we appreciated this alot. I would highly recommend Joseph and the team for a fantastic experience.
Joseph, was exceptional in the effort he has put in to helping us find the perfect home in an area we love.his knowledge & friendliness & helpfulness, in understanding what we were looking for is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joseph & the team at village real estate to any one looking for a home. Thanks to everyone at village, kevin & anne
I picked Joseph after several meetings with other agencies as I found him very professional, enthusiastic and friendly . He was always well prepared and presentable, and this continued throughout all our meetings and inspections. Joseph has excellent communication and always kept me up to date with what was happening. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to as he always listened to my concerns and requests, and respected them. In the end, my apartment was sold above my reserve price and I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Joseph and his team, and would love to have him represent me again in the future.
Very honest, and really worked hard for the vendor. Really appreciated it.
To whom it may concern, I am very pleased with the outcome of the sale of my property by Compton Green, especially the work done by Joseph Luppino. Not only did he achieve the asking price, the property sold reasonably quickly and at all times i felt it was in good hands. Joseph seemed to have a great knowledge of the market in the area, and i just felt we were on the same wavelength. It was a trouble free sale and i would have no hesitation in recommending Joseph to people i know in the area, if they decide to buy or sell. Kind Regards Pat Conlon
