Joseph's whole sales presentation to us was filled with giving the clients the attention they want and the willingness to listen to what the client had to say: whether it is their emotional needs; financial desires; market knowledge etc, etc. There is one thing, he impressed me the most was that he told us very clearly from beginning that it was his utmost desire to gain the listing business from us at whatever cost - he definitely wants the business from us; he is willing to compete with other estate agents. It is his professionalism of how to deal with client relationship and strong competitive spirit that impress me to grant him the property listing. Within two weeks, we got the right offers from two prospective buyers who had viewed our property. We accepted the higher offer price and cancelled our auction schedule. He is definitely good at his job. He could find the right candidates to buy your property if you are willing to give him a chance.
