We had the property on the market for 1 week when COVID hit Sydney and we pulled the property from the market as the tenant had a sick child. Joseph still went out of his way to show people through and inform people the property was still available for a period of 6 months. We finally relisted the property and Joseph continued to work his magic up to the day of the Auction always keeping us informed with the truth about the market and the realistic price range.
