Great agent to deal with who had fantastic local knowledge and advice for a quick outcome

Joseph pulled out all the stops to get a price above our expectations for our 3bd townhouse in Guildford. He was also highly professional and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had while selling our house. We highly recommend anyone looking to get a great price and smooth selling experience, to work with Joseph.

Joseph has been a great help in finalizing this deal.

We had invited four real estate agents came to talk and evaluate our property before we decided whom we were going to work with and gave the property listing to. During the interview and appointment meeting we had with Joseph. He came across to us as one who truly understood what a true industry professional is all about. Joseph's whole sales presentation to us was filled with giving the clients the attention they want and the willingness to listen to what the client had to say: whether it is their emotional needs; financial desires; market knowledge etc, etc. There is one thing, he impressed me the most was that he told us very clearly from beginning that it was his utmost desire to gain the listing business from us at whatever cost - he definitely wants the business from us; he is willing to compete with other estate agents. It is his professionalism of how to deal with client relationship and strong competitive spirit that impress me to grant him the property listing. Within two weeks, we got the right offers from two prospective buyers who had viewed our property. We accepted the higher offer price and cancelled our auction schedule. He is definitely good at his job. He could find the right candidates to buy your property if you are willing to give him a chance.

Joseph made the whole selling of our house seamless and stress free. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Joseph for anyone looking at selling.

Being a first time vendor, I had no clue where to look for an agent that fit my needs. After reading many great reviews, I reached out to Joseph. Pleased to say that I made the right choice in choosing him as my agent – he was friendly, honest and responsive making the whole process a breeze. He was also considerate of my availability (contacting me after hours/ sending text messages as I'm unable to attend to calls during work hours) to provide consistent updates about the progress of the campaign. I received a fantastic outcome for the sale and couldn’t be happier! Would not hesitate to recommend him to others -- thanks, Joseph!

Joseph has a broader market knowledge which helps me to land to acquire the property that I want and has a professional advise for future market potential.
