The relationship between buyer, seller and real estate agent is not easy to manage. I found Joseph honest, quick to respond to all requests and most importantly, polite. His follow up service was also very good and he went out of his way to contact us to congratulate and thank us after we purchased the property.

After considering a couple of agencies we opted to have Tim Andrews and Joseph Strada of LJ Hooker handle our property sale. We felt a successful negotiation would be contingent on handling a couple of idiosyncrasies that required tailoring in executing the sale and they were the most appropriate agents to handle these aspects. They got the business done efficiently and effectively with the able assistance of Natalie Chappell to handle the administrative logistics. Together Tim and Joseph were equally abreast in driving the progress of the sale. They worked as a well-oiled team engaging with interested parties and keeping us informed of the progress. Whilst Tim and Joseph have quite a few other properties on their books, we never felt their efforts on our property were compromised. They kept in touch with us by phone, email and face to face meetings on a regular basis. Tim and Joseph were able to achieve a very successful sale for us in only 5 days. They understood our complexities and were able to negotiate these with the purchaser. Overall, we had the 2 senior agents working on the front end of our sale as well as their back up team following up the sales process.
