Good agent. Nice and professional.

Joseph is a very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the buying process very smooth and stress free. Would highly recommend him.

We had a very good experience of buying our first house through Century 21. Joseph helped us negotiate very well and never let us feel that he is trying to benefit the vendor more than us.

Following the successful sale of my townhouse, in an uncertain property market, I have no hesitation in recommending Joseph Tan and the team at Century 21 West Pennant Hills. With excellent local property knowledge, Joseph was realistic and positive, keeping me updated on all issues. His quiet, professional and friendly manner was most appreciated during this personally stressful period. I am very grateful for Joseph's thoughtful advice and understanding. He is supported by a caring and dedicated team.

Joseph has supported me through the whole process with suitable advice, excellent counsel and very valuable insight to the housing process and market. I could not ask for better service from him and his valuable team. They say selling a house is stressful but I have found it to be very pleasant with the support of Century 21 .

Joseph has always been extremely professional with us. He has excellent industry knowledge and is a specialist of the area he so proudly represents. Most of all he is honest and genuine- a quality so rare among real estate agents today. He makes the process of buying and selling so smooth and easy. We felt so comfortable doing business with Joseph and we look forward to closing many more deals with him in the future. Thank you Joseph once again for turning our dreams into reality!

I have been in search of home for almost an year in hills area, specifically looking at properties in Cherrybrook. I have been to multiple open homes and interacted with good number of agents. Compared to all, Century 21 Joseph Tan real estate agency ably lead by Joseph and his team of dedicated agents are absolutely amazing. Joseph and Jane helped us purchase the property in cherry brook. They were highly professional and responsive at every step making entire process very smooth. They addressed all concerns and our needs by actively negotiating driving best outcomes. I don't have to look for any agency for my future needs. It will be Century 21 Joseh Tan real estate for sure.!! A big Thanks to Joseph for running such a good agency and helping customers! Highly recommend! Cheers, Yatheesh and Vani
