Joseph and Jane left nothing to chance all details were clearly explained and looked after. Any question or concern was immediately answered. Always kept us informed of what was happening, after each inspection we were given a detailed report of the number of people and their responses. The day of the auction we had 4 staff on site plus the auctioneer, this exceeded all our expectations and the property was sold on the day. We have no hesitation in recommending Joseph's company to anyone wanting to sell a property. Joseph and Jane made selling the house a pleasant experience and we thank them for that.

JOSEPH HAS HAD LONG TERM DEALINGS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE WEST PENNANT HILLS AREA. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT IN SELECTING THE RIGHT PERSON AND TEAM TO SELL THE FAMILY HOME. HIS ADVICE WAS ALWAYS SOUND AND RELEVANT. JOSEPH IS A GENTLEMAN WHO IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. JOSEPH WAS ACCESSIBLE ANY TIME OF THE DAY.

Joseph and his team helped us through our sale process, supportive and professional and most importantly he was respectful of our situation as it was a longer process than either of us had expected., however ultimately very successful.

Joseph Tan’s century 21 Real Estate is most trusted agency in Hills area. Joseph and Jane are real professional and passionate people. I will definitely be calling them for all my future real estate needs.

We purchased this property from Joseph Tan 11 years ago and were impressed with his professionalism to us as buyers back then. He did not disappoint us with his same professionalism and knowledge to us as vendors along with his assistant Jane, they guided us with what was required to sell. We highly recommend both Joseph and Jane to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.

It was a very satisfying and trustworthy experience to be with Joseph in the process of inspecting and purchasing a house.

We wanted the best experienced Real Estate professionals! So of course we chose Joseph Tan at Century 21 WPH! We were not disappointed. From day one, Joseph and Jane were on the job, from understanding our specific needs, show casing the uniqueness of our property, through to identifying the right potential buyers. With frequent updates on the campaign progress, we were always well informed and kept abreast of sales enquiries and inspection feedback. We worked with Joseph and Jane and the use of their many services, from getting the property ready for sale, ensuring the right staging as well as building and pest inspections, to ensure we hit the ground running with the sales campaign. Given their extensive experience in both the Real Estate industry and specifically the Hills area, we knew we were in the right hands to make it happen. Thanks Joseph and Jane. Job well done!!

Jane and Joseph were very efficient and effective in their negotiation in getting us the property within our budget within a short time. They also provided us with great follow up services as well and we are grateful for that as we were very new to the property market here in Sydney. We would definitely them for all future listings, keep up the good work!

My wife and I bought into Cherrybrook 13 years ago through Joseph Tan C21. When we met Joseph we realised he was a tough, tenacious negotiator who represented his clients with passion and enthusiasm selling the benefits of not only the home but the Cherrybrook area and lifestyle. We then sold 6 years ago through Joseph TanC21 in order to buy a larger home to fit our 3 large boys. We remained in Cherrybrook and bought through Joseph Tan C21 again! Many years later our kids are grown and we recently decided to sell and downsize. We approached Joseph Tan C21 again and accepted his advice on how to present our home to make it attractive to a wide range of buyers and we took all his tips. We are happy to say our house was on the market for only 6 days and is now sold. We are very happy with the price and as usual, Joseph Tan negotiated very well for us. We never really considered using any other agent as Joseph's signs are everywhere in the area and all our dealings with him have been thoroughly professional. He has a great team and knows the area from extensive experience over decades. He works tirelessly and takes calls at any time of day. We would never hesitate to recommend Jospeh Tan C21 to our friends and family and in fact have done so on numerous occasions.

Jane and Joseph were exactly the kind of agents that we wanted to sell our property, their approach when dealing with us was always warm and friendly and we knew that potential buyers would have this same experience when they came to view our property. Joseph kept us informed of the progress of our sale throughout and we were happy with the end result. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jane and Joseph to future sellers in the area. Thank you Jane & Joseph!!

We give Joseph a 5 star rating without hesitation. Having known Joseph and watched his solid results for the past 20 years of living in the Hills. We recently invited Joseph & his team into our home to discuss the current market and how best to sell. From the very first conversation about our home, it was clear Joseph was an agent we could trust and rely on to give us honest advise and expectations. We proceeded to jointly decide the best strategy to sell, which included spending a couple of weeks having the home freshly painted and new carpets installed. Two weeks later we were ready for the 1st open home, we never needed a 2nd! Because, several strong potential buyers were identified, working efficiently to communicate with everyone and arrange the requested 2nd inspections for the buyers. Within a couple of days we had an unconditional offer that exceeded our expectations and the sold sign was up! What is equally as important, throughout the process, starting from the first meeting, preparations to go to market and then the marketing itself, the communication was fantastic. Thank you for a great result & experience!

Joseph and Jane are fantastic real estate agents. They were very supportive and understanding with all our requirements. Their communication was great and with their online portal I knew exactly what was happening with potential buyers. I would highly recommend Joseph Tan and would definitely use him again in the future!
