Joseph, Viviane and the team at CENTURY 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate - West Pennant Hills exceeded all expectations in the sale of our family home. The level of service, communication, responsiveness was exceptional from the start of the sale process and all the way to settlement. They always delivered on their promises and went out of their way to help us sell our home with additional ideas and service, which was appreciated in what can be a difficult time. A huge THANK YOU to Joseph, Viviane and the CENTURY 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate - West Pennant Hills Team.

Joseph, Vivianne and the rest of the team really care. They are professional in their commitment and personal in their communication. At all stages of the process they treated us with respect, they were honest in their appraisals of the worth of our property and metered in all of their advice to us. They made every attempt to make, what can often be a very stressful period, as easy as it could possibly be. The team were ready to talk to us whenever we called. The external team that they have access to is equally amazing - stylists, photographers etc. We would highly recommend this team of professionals.

Very good agent, well organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing, would recommend to anyone.

Joseph and Your Great Team, Being a retired National Sales & Marketing Manager of 25 years it was indeed a pleasure to meet you and Viviane Mylott two years ago. My wife Roma and I were planning to sell our house located at 9 Yoorana Place Castle Hill and buy a new property. When we decided to buy the new house the first option was to speak to Joseph Tan and organise a meeting at our place with Joseph, Viviane and Daniel Tan and the team. The planning to improve presentation of our house, the gardening, swimming pool area & driveway proved to be excellent advice and the marketing and advertising at minor cost resulted with a truly amazing result such as: The clear vision of the house by Joseph and internal styling, professional photography, 30 property inspections even during rainy days & 13 contracts emailed. Joseph and Viviane were negotiating offers and kept me updated daily. The vendor login in facility for clients greatly assisted us in regarding buyers interest and other opinions. The promptness emailing me SIGNED CONTRACT (my legal team a bit surprised), Deposit paid a day earlier than expected. Thank you and your TEAM for your expertise and professionalism and above all a SUCCESSFUL PRICE. We have no hesitation in recommending Joseph Tan and his team.

Very easy to talk to and quick response! I would recommend C21 to others.

Dear Joseph & Viviane What exceptional service you delivered when selling our home at 48 Saltwater Cres Kellyville. Right from the beginning you were honest, empathetic and gave great advice not only on the sales process but on the styling of our home to make it feel homely. On many occasions you were able to put me at ease through all the stages of the sale making it a care free transition in an unideal situation. At first I was very hesitant in appointing an out of area agent to sell my home as we didn’t believe you would have the same enquiry compasity as a local agent but we are proud to say we were wrong. You not only did you achieved a high price but you exceeded any expectations we had giving us a dream price. We are so grateful for to those who highly recommended your services and we will be doing the same. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Kind Regards Jackie & Steven

Excellent service and job

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Joseph and Viviane from Century 21 West Pennant Hills. Their communication and knowledge was excellent. The ease of which they helped me sell my property was outstanding. So little effort required from me for which I'm most grateful! Nothing was too much for them from helping arrange handy men to cleaning leaves out the pool themselves! Delighted the house sold and the advice from Joseph gave me the confidence and security that I was in good hands. Thank you.

“I just wanted to say how pleased we were with Joseph and Viviane's hard work and fabulous service in selling our house. Their friendly and professional approach made us feel valued as a vendor and not just another property they had to sell quickly. They helped us immensely in presenting our home in the best light for buyers and even assisted in cleaning up our house for the professional photos. I would wholeheartedly recommend Joseph and Viviane in handling the property sale of anyone in this area"

TESTIMONIAL: Dear Joseph, I would like to thank you, Viviane and team at Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate for the great work and fantastic result achieved for the sale of our property, 8 Barcote Place Castle Hill. From the first visit to our home, where you had a vision of the property to maximise the sales value, to the last week of negotiating contracts with multiple potential purchasers to achieve the best result for us, we found you totally dedicated to the process and us. Your vision, along with fantastic contacts and contractors including carpets, blinds, painting, garden and property styling helped us to completely transform our property. This I have no doubt achieved a sale price of over $200k more than we would have realised otherwise. The marketing plan, including full page prestige spreads, and using your “express sale” technique then moving to “offers above” worked very well with over 80 groups viewing the property over several opens pushing the offers from around $1.25m to above $1.4m with the eventual sale price being $1.455m which we were ecstatic with. We are extremely appreciative of the long hours and continual communication and confidence you had in getting us an excellent result. Again we can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend you and your team to anyone looking to sell a property in the area and I have no doubt we will be using your services again. Kind Regards Mark & Karen

We have been living in Cherrybrook for 10 years, and we have seen a lot of ‘For Sale’ signs from Century 21 Joseph Tan. In fact, just in last two years, they have sold few houses in our street. Plus we have noticed Joseph Tan has sponsored many community events in this area. So we have a very good impression about Joseph Tan Century 21. We first met Joseph & Viviane in person when we viewed open homes. Their approach and the way they spoke to the buyers further increased our confidence to them. They were always informative and showed buyers respect which is a rare trait in real estate these days. So when it came to listing our home for sale they were an obvious standout. Joseph was very professional and with his 30+ years’ experience, we were more than confident he and his team could achieve a good sale for us. They supplied invaluable advice on preparing the home for sale with styling which proved very successful, as we achieved over our price expectation in only 2 weeks of marketing. If you want a competent real estate agent who will get you the price you want, with no pressure, just results, then we can’t recommend Joseph, Viviane and the team at Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate enough.

Joseph Tan and his team at Century 21 in West Pennant Hills were our only possible choice when we recently decided to downsize from our large family home of 17 years. This was the third time we have sold a home in this area - the first, a home in Cherrybrook in 2000; the second a no-maintenance townhouse we had renovated for our university student children while we were working overseas, and now finally our large family home in the Oakhill part of Castle Hill. While we were away they also managed the letting of this large home and they were attentive to our every concern. Not only is Joseph alert to exactly where the market is, when the negotiation begins, he is constructive in his advice and always gets the best for his vendors
