Joseph was upfront and professional. As sellers that had moved out of area, we were after more than just a tidy up, mow the lawns and putting up a for sale sign. Joseph (and his teams) handling of work that needed to be finished and getting the house ready was great and took a lot of pressure off us. The level of communication was good, keeping us informed and getting our input when they needed to. We approached three agents about the sale of our house and selected Joseph on the basis of his proposal being best "overall solution" for us and we're glad we did.
