'They' say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences of your life, however, Joseph and his team certainly took most of that away. Right from the beginning when choosing an agent Joseph and Jane were the only agents who really did their homework and only needed one meeting (unlike others). We were guided every step of the way and Joseph gave very freely of his time whenever we had a question. He also instilled confidence and a feeling of 'it will all be alright', given the fact that about five days after our house went on the market COVID-19 took over the world and he made us feel that it really would be alright.
