As it is for anyone selling their home, you can at times find the process daunting and not a little bit nerve wrecking. Finding a good and talented team will ultimately be worth it's weight in gold and I can say I found nothing less with Josh and the team at TRE. Key points - Josh knew the market, knew really what he was talking about. - Josh was honest and as such was able to provide valuable feedback through the selling process - through exceptionally difficult circumstances (we sold during peak covid madness no less) Josh delivered a sterling result and brought home 20k more than I would have/was happy to take Honest/able/motivated, the kids a winner SPECIAL MENTIONS He also vacuumed my carpet like every other open house... sorry again dude 🤷‍♂️
