The only down fall I experienced was the final hand over of the keys after settlement, having to go and collect the keys from some one doing a home open , found this to be a little disappointing, other wise happy with their service
Not only did Josh sell my Dad's old house in a difficult market, he and the rest of the office went beyond the call of duty, cleaning it up and getting it ready for sale. This is the second house I've sold through Josh and I would not hesitate to engage his services again.
Josh had a very good idea of where the market is going at the present and he and his team worked very hard to sell our property at Lynwood. Due to that very hard work he and Mark managed to get a very good price for the unit in Lynwood which was always going to be extremely hard work due to the downturn in prices over the whole of WA. By negotiating he and his team got a better price than we expected, thereby adding value to the property. With continually keeping us informed it made the purcahse process very easy. I find it difficult reviewing Josh Brockhurst as once we had signed up we mainly dealt with Mark and Jane. Mark and Jane were great to deal with as were all the office staff at Century 21. Josh and Mark were very helpful in finding tradies to complete some of the work at our property. The house was opened every weekend and eventually sold after about 3 months in a very poor market for a bargain price. All in all everyone was very professional and I would recommend this Real Estate company if you are thinking if selling.
