Great team service.. I love the fact that Josh has a brilliant team that support the sales process. It enables greater flexibility for the buyer and seller. Communication was fantastic in all areas. Josh and his team were honest and reliable, Josh's father (Mark) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sale price was below what we wanted but no pressure was applied to sell, just facts and options presented.

I was quite disappointed that I could not write up an offer on the property at the home open and was advised that I had to wait nearly a week until Josh was free. If I was a seller and was aware of that, I would be extremely disappointed.
