Josh and his team at Flechters in Blairgowrie would have to be the best real estate agents I've had dealing with. We had a property for private sale,he did not try and talk us into,an auction as all the others did. He had the property for 3 weeks and got it sold for a price 300k more than the others quoted me. The feed back from each open for inspection was unheard of in Melbourne, but josh and his team would text as soon as the opens were over with a detailed report of each person whether they liked asked for a contract etc. This service doesn't exist in Melbourne. To add to Josh's woes we were travelling overseas,but two phone calls in the middle of the night and deal was done. Out of 100 josh and his team get 110. I've had a lot of dealings with real estate agents over the year and my opinion of them has not been favourable at all. So in ending congratulations Josh and your team at Flechters Blairgowrie on a great result and for being soooooo professional.
