To whom it may concern. My husband and I recently sold a property in Placadena Road Fingal. Our property was rather unique in that it wasn`t your normal beach house, or, on the other hand, one of the very upmarket properties available on the Peninsula. This reduced our buyer range quite considerably as it targeted a much smaller clientele of families wishing to reside on the property permanently. It was a large family home with many extras, pool, spa, tennis court on land 6 ¾ acres. Throughout the long process of selling our property we were very lucky to have Josh Callaghan and his fellow agent Megan as our agents. Their communication with us and overall knowledge of the property market was excellent. After every open house or inspection we would be contacted to let us know how it had gone , also regular updates re the current market situation. When eventually we did have an interested buyer Josh came up with some innovative ideas to clinch the deal. His perserverance was amazing. After the contract was signed we did have ongoing problems with our purchaser and Josh and Megan were always readily available to organize meetings to try and sort things out . The fact that they already had their commission did not stop them from helping us which I felt was well and truly above and beyond the call of duty and I`m sure not many agents would have been be so obliging. We would happily use Josh and his agency for any further real estate deals and recommend them to other interested property sellers or buyers Doug and Lorraine Sexton.

The only issue i had was when i requested $450,000 in my bank and, the property was listed for sale from $480,000 to $440,000. Of course if the buyer sees that, they are not going to offer $480K when they can offer $440K. Never seen that sort of marketing before anywhere.
