A faultless selling experience

I engaged Josh to sell my mother's house at auction recently and could not fault the experience. Josh was very easy to deal with and his communication was always prompt and informative. He has a very positive, upbeat energy and at no time did I ever feel that any ask was too much. On the contrary, Josh was onto things immediately, had great suggestions and was quick to highlight any issues. It was under extremely stressful circumstances that we needed to sell and Josh and the team from Buxton Highton were calm personified! I felt completely confident that they could take care of all the minutiae of selling the house and my confidence was borne out: we were in very capable hands. There was no drama, no hard sell, no slick tactics just personable, easy going and professional service from Josh. It was by far my most stress-free sale at auction and, thanks to Josh's hard work behind the scenes, the result exceeded our expectations. My family and I were incredibly happy with the service we received from Josh and Buxton and I would not hesitate to engage Josh again for buying or selling in the Geelong region.
