Josh was impressively persistent in getting us to pick him to sell our house but his performance was underwhelming. He quoted 620 - we got 605 He repeatedly said he would call on a particular day but rarely did. We requested he call us straight after the open homes so that feedback was fresh in his mind, he never did. Did not apologise. When asked to remove the property 'For Sale' sign he ignored the request. He said he was sending us a gift following the settlement. Nothing arrived.

During the sales campaign, Josh had to overcome the challenges of the 2022 Brisbane floods, a battle with Covid and a couple of buyers who exchanged contracts only to later reveal they didn't have correct finance in place and rescinding their contracts under the finance approval provisions. He overcame all of those challenges and produced a fantastic result. He also went above and beyond in his duties as a sales agent to help me out. For example, he knew that I was an interstate investor and it would be impossible for me to open up the apartment to tradespeople. So he took time out of his busy schedule to open up the apartment to a flooring contractor and plumber.
