I would not hesitate to use Josh as my agent again in the future. He was always helpful and always willing to help me with any ideas to prepare the house for sale. During the house being on the market, Josh was always communicating with me the interests or the other ideas i needed for a smooth sale. Getting the best price possible with his great negotiating skills the sale went smoothly. Then with my apartment not being ready ( through another real estate ) to move into and other issues on moving day .
