We first became aware of Josh when he sold a number of properties in our area, achieving excellent results. Knowing that we would be selling our own home within the next 12-18 months, we invited Josh to appraise it. We were immediately struck by Josh's knowledge of the property market in our area and his passion for his profession- he's also a nice guy! We were so grateful for Josh's practical advice on what to do to our property to prepare our property for sale. Not just "you need to fix that" but "go to this store, buy this product and use it like this". Josh also shared his cleaning, gardening, painting and flooring contacts with us, saving us from searching for these on our own.
