I have found Josh to be knowledgeable and quite able to negotiate to reach an acceptable outcome. He is easy to talk to and be frank with him. He respects your views but does not necessarily mean agrees with it, but importantly thinks about it. I am happy to recommend him to potential vendors and purchasers.
