I had thought that I would have to spend time I didn't have flying down to Adelaide to manage this process. Instead I found that Josh went above and beyond the call to organise all of the little things that needed doing to get the best price for the house. He kept me informed all through the process and we had a fantastic result on the day. I'm not one to complete these things just for the sake of it.
